Ever since the Steve Jobs biography hit in in October, the rumor mill has been on fire about a product called "iTV", which is supposed to have FaceTime, Safari , app store, Siri, motion tracking and run iOS 6.
Five reasons why:
•The Apple TV is due for an upgrade/overhaul
•The Apple tv was originally called the iTV
•Steve Jobs said that they cracked the interface for it
•It is bound to happen because Apple usually enters scrambled markets like the cell phone, mp3 players and tablets, which are like the scrambled TV market
•they already make displays which are like tv screens
Five reasons why NOT:
•Apple is unpredictable and might not do it
•You can just take a 27" cinema display and a Mac Mini running OS X 10.6 or an iMac with Front Row and have an Apple TV-like setup
•Apple does not really listen to Apple rumors
•If they did, how much would it cost
•The Apple TV is still just a "hobby"
